I bought this from porsche-design.us because I’ve always liked the Porsche Design brand and expected something that felt premium. That’s what made it extra disappointing. The finish looked rough in person, the stitching wasn’t even, and one of the edges already looked worn before I’d really used it. I don’t mind paying more for quality, especially from a brand I’ve trusted, but this just felt cheap for the price. I wanted to stay loyal, but this purchase really made me second-guess it.

Shipping took a little longer than I expected, especially compared to what I’ve seen other people mention, but the package did arrive in good condition. Not terrible, just kind of average

I tried to return an item and couldn’t believe how many emails it took just to get a straight answer?! The refund dragged on way longer than expected, and no one really explained what was happening along the way.

The warranty support wasn’t much better. They kept asking me for the same information over and over, then disappeared for days without replying. For a premium brand, the whole thing felt way more stressful than it should have.

I’m assuming this might just be how their support usually runs, because the replies were slow and I had to follow up more than once. When they did get back to me, the answers felt short and not all that helpful. For a store like Porsche Design, I expected a smoother experience. The product itself is fine, but the service side was frustrating enough that it kind of took the shine off the whole purchase.

I thought the site and the products were gonna feel a lot more premium, but scrolling through it, everything just felt kinda cold and flat to me.

The designs are super plain, like lots of black, grey, hard edges, and not much going on. It gave me more expensive office vibe than actual stylish pieces I’d want in my place.

I get that some people are into that clean minimal look, but for me it just came off a bit lazy and overpriced. I left the site like, nope, nothing here I really want.

I do like the product overall, it looks nice and it’s not bad quality. That said, I couldn’t help feeling like it was way too expensive for what you actually get. I’m kind of torn because I enjoy it, but I’m not sure I’d buy it again at this price.
